We we pleased to be able to assist a local landlord with financing to purchase a terrace house for refurbishment. Though this is one of the smaller deals we have been involved in, it demonstrates the diverse areas of the UK we have been involved in. Must admit we were not familiar with Porth before this, but finding out you can still pick up a three bedroom property for under £80,000 is some places certainly made us notice!

This month, we offered to help the RTPI at the Skills London event held at ExCeL Arena London this year. We were representing 'Property needs you' a consortium of major property employers JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman and Wakefield, CBRE, Savills, Colliers International, Bilfinger GVA, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Gerald Eve, Strutt and Parker, Land Securities; two industry bodies Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and Higher Education institution Reading Real Estate Foundation (Pathways to Property).
Their mission is to raise awareness of the range of career paths into the property industry for school, college and university students.
We enjoyed speaking to young people about the opportunities and pathways into a rewarding career in properties and our real life experiences as Chartered Town Planners.

After being situated in Mayfair for the first year, we are excited to now be sharing an office with HASA Architects in Holborn. Property has proved fruitful but lonely so far so we are excited to be amongst fellow built environment professionals to create synergies and a great office vibe.
We are making some improvements to our workspace at the moment but with Architects, Planners and designers all involved, we're sure we can come up with something wow!
